About Us
AE Commercial Diving Services, INC., had its inception in 1998. After fielding several calls for aquatic invasive species control as a recreational dive center owner, President and Owner Christopher Sheldon decided to shift gears and transition into the commercial diving world. Armed with an inflatable zodiac, a keen eye for business, a dedication to the recreational and commercial science of diving, and care for the environment, 'Aquatic Endeavors' was born.
In 2008, Christopher's son, Bennett Sheldon, and nephew, Wesley Sheldon,
joined Aquatic Endeavors full-time. Together with Chris, they worked to transform
it into AE Commercial Diving Services, INC., servicing reservoirs and lakes in 5 states across the Northeast.

Today, AE Commercial Diving Services, INC. owns and operates 7 DASH Boats, two hand pulling boats, an aquatic hydraulic dredge, and has added a new dewatering site construction and bag removal service. Our most invaluable asset, however, is the knowledge, experience, and professionalism of our staff. With 20 active divers who possess a range of professional certifications, AE Commercial Diving Services has become an industry leader, servicing aquatic projects of all sizes.
